“I have had a storage unit since 2008! At 24 seven storage. Now that I have access to my unit 24/7, my business has benefited from it. Im a self employed contractor and dont like storing materials at my house so my unit being a 10x15 has ample storage room for my necessary tools and materials to where I can access them 24 hours a day 7 days a week and my customers are pleased with that because they don't have to wait till the storage unit opens for me to get in there to get the things that I need to get their renovation completed. Also the customer service people that answer the phone when it's time for me to pay my bill or ask a question, are very respectful mindful and reliable. And when I call to ask a question it's not a normal question but they handle it with respect and do their best to answer the question if they can. Like the other day I called and asked when I go to organize my unit is it okay if I block the road off all day. But the guy laughed and said we've never had anybody ask that but there are no rules that say you can't. And they are available to ask questions anytime and if they do anything to the unit like replace the weather stripping at the bottom of the door or replace the lock they let me know well ahead of time that they're going to be doing it and give me the opportunity to be there if I want to to oversee it. I trust them and would highly recommend using this storage facility for any of your storage needs. To me it's almost like having a second garage. That does not clutter up mine LOL.”
