General Questions:

What are the lease terms?

All of our rentals are on a month-to-month basis and automatically renew monthly until you give us a vacate notice.

What size Units do you have and how much do they cost?

We have a wide variety of Unit sizes to meet your needs. Unit sizes and prices vary by location.

How do I pay for my Unit?

Payments can be processed through our website or by phone through our call center. You may also arrange for payments to be drafted from your account or charged to your credit card monthly with our free autopay service.

Is vehicle storage allowed?

Yes, we recommend at least a 10×20 size unit for most vehicles. Extended trucks with a long bed or large SUV’s usually fit well in a 10×25 size unit.

Do you have outdoor/indoor vehicle storage?

We offer a broad range of inside vehicle storage at many of our locations and we have limited outside parking.  Give us a call at 757-916-5333 so we can help you find the right unit.

Do you allow PODS on the property?

We will allow a POD to be placed on the property to unload for 24 hours. Give us a call at 757-916-5333 so we can help with placement.

 

Renting a Unit:

What hours can a Unit be rented?

Rent online 24 Seven. Complete and sign the rental paperwork and move-in.

What if I’m not sure what size Unit I need?

Our size guide videos are a good place to start, but if you rent a unit that doesn't work for you, we would be more than happy to move you to a different unit. Just give us a call at 757-916-5333 between 9AM - 9PM.

When can I move-in?

Immediately after you have completed all the rental paperwork and paid for the unit.

Do I need a lock?

We provide a FREE disc-style lock on every unit. If you prefer you can secure your unit with your own disc lock. We recommend a disc lock for maximum security.
