Storage Units in Virginia Beach, VA

Iv been here for 4-5 years now with no issues !

I love the storage unit. The best customer service ever and I never have any issues. It's safe and anytime I have any questions say always answer them. I would definitely recommend this storage unit to anyone.

I love 24 Seven Storage and how convenient the 24/7 access to my unit is! I also love the location and feel confident that my stuff is secure.

Your staff/employees are amazing. Not only are they polite but extremely helpful. Your facility very safe. I’m rather scatter brained and left my unit unlocked. Your employee called me to lmk that he had secured my unit. The only complaint I have is that my monthly rent nearly DOUBKED without warning me & as it was autopay I didn’t notice for at least 6months. Angered me and I will be moving to another facility that is far less expensive and is climate co trolled. Sucks because I love your staff.

I absolutely love the quiet environment there. And it's all closed in which makes me feel safe. And it's literally open 24/7. The only reason I gave it 4 Stars is because there is no lighting in the unit. So what's the point of being open 24/7 if you can't see a damn thing in your unit? Makes absolutely no sense to me at all. There is outside lighting but it still doesn't light up inside your space.

I utilize the storage unit all hours of day and night. Never had any issues w/ surrounding neighbors, large metal fence around property ensures safety, property manager always maintains that The Who facility stays clean.

Easy access and secure storage. Lots of clean space!

Great place to maintain your extras!

I enjoy using 24/7 storage because it is really 24/7 access. The facility is clean and secure. I feel that my valuables are in a safe secure location. I strongly recommend them.

We’ve kept some of our pop-up display in storage here for a while now. Only once have run into my gate code not working and had to sit on the customer service line for a good 30 minutes (when we had time-sensitive places to be) which was highly inconvenient but other than and the price slowly going up, it’s been a great spot. There is pollen all over our items inside because of the bottom seal on the unit but everything has been kept there safely, there’s security cameras and they always take care of the wasps nests around the doors.
