Storage Units in Carrollton, VA

I was very satisfy with the storage area and the ease of getting into it. It served its purpose. I liked the climate control feature. I would recommend this storage place.

Kismet over at Carrollton storage was amazing. She answered all of my questions and even gave me some suggestions better I was unsure about what size storage I needed. She made she I had everything I needed and that is what I call above and beyond with customer service. She helped me with any issues I had and never complained or acted like I was bothering her . She was such a pleasant young lady. This was an amazing experience.

VERY nice, clean facility. The young lady that assisted me was awesome!

I am a new customer and had some issues signing up - but the staff were incredibly helpful and nice about fixing my error! I want to especially shoutout Kismet (sorry if I misspelled!) who was very kind and professional while helping get our unit set up. Thanks for your help. The facility seems brand new, very clean and in a great, safe location.

Well maintained climate controlled facility.

It was very easy and convenient to book and move my items in!

Staff so professional and helpful. Storage facility conveniently located, clean, modern and up to date!

The office has been closed for weeks now and once I was there needing to use the restroom, had to drive to Publix because needed the code to get into the restroom.

Great storage unit , well lit , very clean, friendly staff, climate controlled, would highly recommend

The facility is clean and the space is ideal for long or short term storage!

People on the phone were helpful the location was a lil difficult to find but I found it eventually

Very clean facility. Easy application process with lots of sizes to choose from. I'm glad there's now a temperature controlled facility closer by. I really appreciate the elevated carts provided at the building. It makes moving boxes so much easier on the back.
